Vincent Design Engineering work intimately with developers of commercial and industrial units and provide services ranging from new builds to extensive refurbishments, and everything in between. We also support a number of clients in the education, hospitality manufacturing sectors to bring projects to life.
Hospitality
Our structural and civil engineers have worked for a number of large clients in the hospitality sector providing design services for new builds and refurbishments of all shapes and sizes.
We understand these projects are driven by timescales to minimise loss of trade and have used a range of techniques and technologies to reduce the construction programme where possible. We are always on hand to offer advice or a site visit should your refurbishment project encounter an unwelcome surprise.
Industrial units
Our team can provide structural design for steel framed industrial buildings whether these are open spaces, require allowances for future mezzanine floors or need to support gantry cranes.
We can also undertake reviews of existing buildings and provide assessments on their suitability for extensions, new roofs or solar panel loading.
Our Civil engineering team have a great deal of experience designing drainage and access roads for single or multiple units.
Education and healthcare
We have worked closely with a number of education trusts and authorities around the area and provided designs for major refurbishment projects, change of use as well as over roofing of existing buildings to upgrade weatherproofing and insulation without requiring the classrooms below to be closed.

We have completed structural and civil design on the high street for a range of businesses and have a wealth of experience with repairs and refurbishments, extensions and additional floors.
We also provide design to new developments and early pre-planning assistance for larger schemes.
