This traditional early 20th Century house was extensively remodelled to become a modern family home.
The loft was converted to provide an additional bedroom which required new staircases and a new large opening in the loft floor.
A new timber framed extension was erected to the rear requiring structural support to the opening in the rear of the house and integrated with a wrap around terrace to a new garage.
New drainage was installed to accommodate the altered layout and additional rainwater runoff.
