Three new dwellings were erected as timber framed buildings supported on insulated raft foundations.

This exceptional home was erected on the site of a previous dwelling and our involvement was requested following the contractors appointment. The adopted design was refined by the architect and we were tasked with value engineering the structure during this period.

A new timber terrace was constructed at first floor which tied in with an existing terrace adjacent to the house. A new swimming pool was also erected from in-situ concrete with a beam and block poolside slab.

The domestic property required a single storey side extension, however due to site constraints and topography, the extension would need to retain around 1m of soil to the neighbouring property.

This traditional early 20th Century house was extensively remodelled to become a modern family home.

The client required a new, traditional barn to be erected on a hill, this was formed from modified timber kingpost trusses and supported on load bearing masonry and timber posts.

This new detached home was built in a tradition style but arranged to maximise the internal space.

The existing building is to undergo a series of alterations to include an additional room at first floor and enlarge the kitchen at ground floor.

The property was originally arranged over two floors and compromised two self-contained flats. The clients brief was to convert the building into a single family home which will require a number of internal structural alterations to achieve a suitable layout.

The existing building underwent extensive alteration work to provide suitable boarding accommodation for pupils.

This existing commercial building on Canford Cliffs High Street underwent significant alteration work to provide working areas for its new tenants.
