A stunning new home built within the trees of a tight site. The specification called for meticulous attention to detail to ensure the finishes and features were constructed as intended which was achieved due to Vincent Design Engineering's great working relationship with the designers, contractors and developer.

This new build residential home was designed to perform in an extremely exposed location requiring detailed wind analysis and careful detailing.

This exceptional home was erected on the site of a previous dwelling and our involvement was requested following the contractors appointment. The adopted design was refined by the architect and we were tasked with value engineering the structure during this period.

Three new dwellings were erected as timber framed buildings supported on insulated raft foundations.

The client required a new, traditional barn to be erected on a hill, this was formed from modified timber kingpost trusses and supported on load bearing masonry and timber posts.

This new detached home was built in a tradition style but arranged to maximise the internal space.

The property was originally arranged over two floors and compromised two self-contained flats. The clients brief was to convert the building into a single family home which will require a number of internal structural alterations to achieve a suitable layout.
