Westbury Lodge
This exceptional home was erected on the site of a previous dwelling and our involvement was requested following the contractors appointment. The adopted design was refined by the architect and we were tasked with value engineering the structure during this period.
We successfully managed to remove a large amount of steelwork from the building and simplify construction in most areas providing a superb result for the end client and contractor. This was achieved despite foundations being poured for the previous design which were not always in the most suitable place to accept the superstructure loading.
The project is due for completion in 2023.
